Quality controlled at every stage
Export buyers don't get a second chance at a despatch date, so quality cannot be an afterthought. At Padma Accessories, QC runs from the pre-production sample through in-line checks to a final inspection — every carton and printed accessory verified against the approved buyer spec before it leaves Chittagong EPZ.

Four checkpoints from sample to ship
Each stage has a clear pass condition, so nothing moves forward on a guess.
Pre-production sample
We make a physical box or printed accessory in the agreed board grade and artwork. The buyer or factory signs it off before bulk production starts — so everyone is approving a real object, not a drawing.
In-line checks
Operators verify board grade, dimensions, print register, colour and die accuracy at corrugation, printing, die-cutting and gluing — catching drift on the line rather than after the run.
Final QC
Finished goods are inspected against the approved spec sheet: measurements, bursting strength expectations, barcode scannability, count and bundle integrity.
Documented despatch
Goods leave with the agreed labelling and, where applicable, FSC documentation — bundled, counted and banded for the short road leg to the port.
We work to your buyer's manual
Garments packed in our cartons and finished with our accessories are exported to programmes for retailers and brands including Walmart, Carter's, Tesco, Dollarama, Nitori, JYSK and Gerber. Each of those programmes ships its own packaging manual — carton dimensions and tolerances, board strength, shipping-mark layout, barcode symbology and artwork rules.
Our QC team treats that manual as the pass condition for the run. Because we corrugate, print, die-cut and finish in-house on 31+ machines, conformance is enforced at the machine, not negotiated across separate subcontractors. When a buyer revises a tolerance, the change reaches the line directly.

Claims that stand up to audit
An FSC trademark on a carton only means something if it can be traced. Under FSC® Chain-of-Custody certificate C221033, Padma Accessories can supply FSC-labelled packaging with the matching invoice claims and documentation — so the label your buyer requires is substantiated through the chain, not just printed.
- Approved artwork only — FSC trademarks are applied to the licence-approved layout.
- Documented claims — FSC claims appear on the corresponding paperwork for the labelled goods.
- Responsibly sourced fibre — board feeding labelled jobs is controlled through our chain-of-custody system.
Quality assurance FAQs
Do you supply pre-production samples for approval?
Yes. Before any export run we produce a physical pre-production sample — a real box or printed accessory in the agreed board grade and artwork — for the buyer or factory to sign off. Bulk production only starts once that sample is approved.
How do you check quality during production?
We run in-line checks at corrugation, printing, die-cutting and gluing, then a final QC on finished goods. Operators verify dimensions, board grade, print register, barcode scannability and bundle counts against the approved spec sheet before despatch.
Can you provide FSC documentation with the goods?
Yes. Under FSC® Chain-of-Custody certificate C221033 we can supply FSC-labelled packaging with the corresponding invoice claims and documentation, so the FSC trademark on your cartons is fully substantiated. See our certifications.
What happens if a shipment doesn't meet spec?
Because production is in-house, any non-conformance is traced to the stage that caused it and re-run on our own lines. Catching issues at in-line and final QC means problems are corrected before goods leave the plant, not discovered at your packing line.
