Price tickets & barcode stickers that scan first time
Variable price, size and barcode data printed to each retailer's ticketing standard — with a verified scan grade so cartons clear the distribution centre without chargebacks. Printed in-house inside Chittagong EPZ.

Tickets and stickers that pass the DC
A price ticket and a barcode sticker do the same job from two positions: the ticket hangs from the garment for the shopper and the till, while the sticker sits on the garment or carton for receiving and replenishment. Both have to carry the correct variable data and scan cleanly the first time. A rejected barcode at a retailer's distribution centre triggers re-ticketing fees and chargebacks, so we engineer scan grade in from the artwork stage.
Materials & construction
Price tickets are printed on FSC-certified board, typically 200–350 gsm, with string, pin or loop-lock fastening to match the buyer's attachment standard. Barcode stickers are printed on self-adhesive paper or synthetic facestock with permanent or removable adhesive, supplied on rolls or sheets to suit the packing line. Both can be laminated or varnished where moisture or abrasion is a concern in transit.
Variable data & print
- Symbologies — EAN-13, UPC-A and Code 128, with correct quiet zones and human-readable digits.
- Variable fields — barcode, style, colour, size and price printed from the buyer's SKU file.
- Sequential & carton data — running numbers, GS1-128 carton labels and country-of-origin lines.
- Brand match — Pantone-matched logo and price-point formatting per retailer template.
Buyer & compliance notes
Each retailer publishes a ticketing and labelling manual covering ticket dimensions, barcode magnification, minimum X-dimension and acceptable scan grade (commonly grade C or better on the ISO/ANSI scale). We map your SKU file to that template, print a verified pre-production sample, and only release bulk once the scan is confirmed. Because tickets, hang tags and the barcodes on your printed boards come from one plant, every barcode in the pack ties back to the same source data.

One SKU file, every ticket right
Send the buyer's SKU and barcode file once and we generate tickets and stickers from it together — no re-keying, no mismatched prices, one quality standard across the whole order.

Do your barcodes meet retailer scan-grade requirements?
Yes. We print EAN-13, UPC-A and Code 128 symbologies with correct quiet zones and human-readable digits, and verify scan grade on a pre-production sample so the retailer's distribution centre can approve before bulk.
What is the difference between a price ticket and a barcode sticker?
A price ticket is a printed board ticket attached by string, pin or loop lock that shows price, size and barcode; a barcode sticker is a self-adhesive label applied to the garment or carton. We supply both, with the same variable data.
Can you handle variable data across thousands of SKUs?
Yes. We print variable barcode, style, colour, size and price data from the buyer's SKU file, so every ticket and sticker carries the correct values across a multi-SKU order.
