31+ machines, one factory floor in Chittagong EPZ

Padma Accessories runs more than 31 printing and corrugation units inside the Chittagong Export Processing Zone. Corrugating, offset and flexo printing, die-cutting, slotting, gluing and finishing all sit under one roof — the vertical capacity that keeps your buyer's spec, quality and ship date in our hands rather than a subcontractor's.

Vertically integrated

From board to despatch, in-house

Most packaging suppliers stitch a shipment together from several subcontractors — one corrugates, another prints, a third die-cuts. Every hand-off adds a queue, a transport leg and a quality risk. Padma Accessories was built differently. Since 2000 we have invested in a single, vertically integrated plant so that one carton or one printed accessory moves through every stage without leaving the building.

That integration is why ready-made garment exporters nominate us as a single, accountable source. When a buyer revises a dimension, a board grade or an artwork file late in the schedule, we absorb the change on our own lines instead of renegotiating with outside vendors — and we still protect the ship date.

The machine groups behind every order

Five connected stages turn kraft board and printed sheets into export-ready packaging.

🏭

In-house corrugation

Our corrugators produce single-wall A, B and E flute and AB double-wall board to the bursting strength and ECT each shipment needs — so board is matched to weight, stack height and transit, not bought off the shelf.

🖨️

Offset & flexo printing

Offset presses deliver fine, photographic retail print on hang tags and die-cut boxes; flexo presses lay down shipping marks, barcodes and FSC trademarks straight onto corrugated board in register.

✂️

Die-cutting & slotting

Rotary and flatbed die-cutters and slotters cut RSC, full-overlap, half-slotted, telescoping and bespoke retail shapes — with windows, locks and inserts — to your buyer's tolerances.

🧷

Folder-gluing

Folder-gluers and stitchers close cartons squarely and consistently, so boxes form up fast on your packing line and hold their shape through stacking and long-haul transit.

📦

Finishing & bundling

Lamination, varnish, eyeletting, stringing and bundling finish accessories and cartons, then count and band them into despatch-ready loads for the port a short drive away.

Capacity & lead time

Why our capacity is a scheduling advantage

  • No outsourcing queues — every stage runs on our own equipment, so your job is never stuck behind another vendor's backlog.
  • Late changes absorbed — a revised size, grade or artwork is re-run in-house without a new subcontractor negotiation.
  • Volume and samples together — the same lines that run long export programmes also turn pre-production samples for approval.
  • Inside the zone, near the port — being inside Chittagong EPZ shortens the road leg between our floor and your loading bay.

Share your product weight, carton dimensions, quantity and ship date, and we will confirm a realistic lead time alongside the price.

Machinery & capacity FAQs

How many machines does Padma Accessories run?

Our Chittagong EPZ plant runs 31+ machines spanning corrugation, offset and flexographic printing, die-cutting, slotting, folder-gluing and finishing — so a complete carton or accessory is produced under one roof without outsourcing.

Does in-house capacity shorten lead times?

Yes. Because corrugating, printing, die-cutting, gluing and finishing all happen in the same plant, we avoid the queues and transport delays of subcontracting. That vertical control lets us hold a buyer's ship date even when a spec changes late.

Can you handle both long export runs and short sample batches?

Yes. The same lines that produce high-volume export master cartons also run short pre-production sample batches, so buyers can approve a physical box or printed accessory before committing to the full quantity.

Where is the plant located?

Our factory is at Plot 02, Sector 07, Chittagong EPZ, Chittagong 4223, Bangladesh — inside the export processing zone, close to the port and to the garment factories we serve.
