Die-cut boxes are corrugated boxes cut to a custom shape using a steel-rule die. This unlocks shapes and features flap-and-slot constructions cannot produce: locking tabs, hand-holes, retail hooks, branded silhouettes, self-locking lids.
How RMG exporters use this construction
For RMG buyers, die-cut boxes are typically used for: retail-ready / shelf-ready secondary packaging on accessory and home-textile lines, mailer boxes for D2C apparel brands, premium gift packaging for promotional SKUs, and custom-shape product inserts.
