In Bangladesh RMG, CSR isn’t marketing — it’s a buyer prerequisite. Padma Accessories Limited operates a CSR programme aligned with the same BSCI / Sedex standards your buyer’s social-compliance team will audit you against.

Safe, healthy, fair and discrimination-free employment. Documented age verification on every hire. Clear reporting channels for harassment and discrimination. See our anti-discrimination policy and child labour policy.

2. Environment

• FSC® C221033 certified raw materials
• Recycled and recyclable corrugated board
• Energy-efficient manufacturing processes
• Waste reduction and on-site recycling
• Water-based, low-VOC inks where possible
• Cardboard pallet alternative to wood (no fumigation chemicals)

3. Community

As a long-standing employer in the Chittagong Export Processing Zone, we invest in our local community through fair employment, skills development, and partnerships with local organisations. We hire from the surrounding community wherever possible.

4. Supply chain

We require our own suppliers and contractors to share our values. Any supplier found to be using child labour or violating our anti-discrimination standards is removed from our approved list immediately.

Open to buyer audits

Our CEPZ facility is open for unannounced buyer audits, social-compliance inspections and FSC chain-of-custody verification on any business day. BSCI / Sedex audit reports are available on request from our sales team.
