Prohibited conduct
We prohibit discrimination on the basis of race, colour, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, national origin, disability, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
Application
This policy applies to all aspects of employment — recruitment, hiring, training, promotion, compensation, discipline and termination — and to all employees, contractors and visitors at our facility.
Reporting
Any employee who believes they have been subjected to discrimination should report it to their supervisor or directly to senior management. All complaints will be investigated promptly and confidentially.
